In providing P-Video Intercom services (the "Services"), Panasonic Corporation (the "Company") will acquire your personal information set out in 3. below and use it for providing the Services or for other purposes set out in 4. below. In so doing, the Company will comply with laws, regulations, and other norms concerning the protection of personal information; and it provides this notification document (this "Notice") in accordance with the Company's Personal Information Protection Policy. It will also process and manage your personal information in the proper manner as set forth below.

When you use the Services, please understand the terms of this Notice and give your consent thereto. The End User's access and use of the Product(s) is deemed to constitute the End User's unconditional and irrevocable consent to the collection, possession, storage, processing, dealing in, handling, transfer, sharing, and/or disclosure by the Company, and the End User's irrevocable consent to and acceptance of the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Information that you provide through the Services or by other methods

• Your information related to your account (e-mail address) that you enter when you register for use of the Services.
• Information concerning use of the Services, such as device and network information (MAC address, time zone settings, and IP address) in the use of the Services.
• Any other personal data voluntarily provided by the Data Principal in connection with the Services.

4. Purposes of Use of Personal Information

Purposes of use of personal information that the Company acquires are as follows:

1. to provide the Services;
2. to address your inquiries, repairs, or after-sales services concerning the Services;
3. for improvement, enhancement, or quality improvement of our products and services, including the Services, or new development thereof; and
4. other purposes that you consent to pursuant to other terms.

5. Provision of Personal Information

Except for the following cases and the cases set out in "6. Entrustment of Processing of Personal Information," the Company will not provide your personal information to any third parties:

1. where you consent to the provision of your personal information;
2. where the provision of your personal information is based on laws or regulations;
3. where the provision of your personal information is required to protect the life, body, or property of humans, and it is difficult to obtain your consent;
4. where all or part of the processing of personal information is entrusted to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use;
5. where personal information is provided in connection with business succession resulting from a merger or other cause; or
6. where it is necessary to cooperate with a national government organ or a local government, or a person entrusted by any of the foregoing, in their performance of affairs prescribed by laws and regulations, and there is a possibility that obtaining your consent would interfere with the performance of those affairs.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company may process, store, or otherwise handle your personal information in jurisdictions outside India, including by entrusting such processing to its group companies or service providers located outside India, for the purposes described in this Notice. In such cases, the Company will implement appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable laws and regulations to protect your personal information.

6. Entrustment of Processing of Personal Information

The Company will entrust all or part of the processing of acquired personal information to the extent necessary for "4. Purposes of Use of Personal Information" above.

7. Security Control Measures That Have Been Taken

For the purpose of preventing divulgation, loss, damage and other similar accidents ("Divulgation") of personal information, the Company has established the Personal Information Protection Policy and taken the following measures:

• The Company designated the person in charge of the protection of personal information and developed systems for the protection of personal information.
• The Company established rules for the processing of personal information with respect to methods of processing and roles of the person in charge among other things, for each phase including acquisition, use, storage, provision, deletion, and disposal of personal information. The Company also checks the state of management such as by periodic internal audits.
• The Company has provided periodic education and training sessions to its employees with respect to, among others, points to note in processing personal information.
• The Company has taken measures to prevent personal information from being accessed without authorization or taken out, by taking physical measures such as entering and leaving control for areas where personal information is processed.
• The Company has implemented access restriction, acquisition of access trails, data encryption, and other measures depending on information; and it also introduced a mechanism to protect information systems against unauthorized access from outside or malware.
• The Company has taken security control measures with the understanding of systems for the protection of personal information in India wherein personal information is stored.
• If Divulgation of personal information processed by the Company occurs, the Company will take appropriate measures in accordance with laws and regulations, such as reporting to the Personal Information Protection Commission and notifying the data subject.

8. Request for Disclosure of, or Other Actions Concerning, Personal Information

With respect to a request for the following or other actions, please inquire with the point of contact stated in 9. below: notification of purposes of use of personal information held by the Company; disclosure of personal information; disclosure of a record of provision to third parties; correction, addition, or deletion of personal information; and cessation of using, or erasure of, personal information and cessation of providing personal information to third parties.
